The short version: your captures stay on your device.
Site Stamp GPS Geotag Camera ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and where it is stored.
All of this is processed locally on your device to build the composited capture.
Captures and albums are stored locally on your device. On Android, captures are also written to the device's DCIM/VerifEye folder using the system media store. On Apple platforms you may optionally enable iCloud Drive sync, which stores your library in your own private iCloud container so it survives reinstalls and syncs across your devices. That data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Sync is off by default, and we have no access to it.
The App does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs or social-media trackers.
The App does not share your data with third parties. When you share a capture or an exported GPS track, you are doing so through the operating system's own share sheet — the App does not transmit anything on your behalf.
The App can hand a capture back to another app you launched it from, when you explicitly start that flow from the other app. Only the capture and its associated location fields are passed, and only for that request.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account is required and no personal data is collected from any user.
Every permission can be reviewed or revoked at any time in Settings → Permissions inside the App, or in your device's system settings. Turning off iCloud Drive sync stops any further sync; deleting the App removes locally stored album data.
If this policy changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Please review it periodically.
